Is your operating model built for where you’re going?
The Scaling Readiness Diagnostic maps where your operating model is breaking - across revenue, operations, and people - before the cracks become ceilings.
What your results mean - and what to do next.
"Your operating model is under real stress." (Score 0–7)
The foundation isn't keeping pace with the business. Revenue is leaking, decisions are stalling, and the team is running on effort rather than infrastructure. This is the most urgent tier - the longer it goes unaddressed, the more expensive the fix. The next step is a Discovery Sprint to find exactly where the highest-leverage intervention points are.
"Strong foundation. Real cracks starting to show." (Score 8–12)
You've built something that works - but growth is exposing seams that weren't a problem at half your current size. This is the right moment to address them before they become crises. The Diagnostic will point to which of the three models needs the most attention first: Revenue Engine, Operating Model, or People & Talent.
"Solid foundation. Built to handle what's coming." (Score 13–15)
Your operating infrastructure is ahead of most companies your size. The question now is whether it was designed for where you're going - not just where you've been. A targeted diagnostic conversation can confirm whether you're scaling the right things or optimising the wrong ones.
Your results are a starting point. The Discovery Sprint turns them into a plan.
The Discovery Sprint is a paid, hands-on engagement where I get inside your business - interviewing stakeholders, observing operations, analysing data - to find exactly where the operating model is breaking and what it will take to fix it.
You come out with a findings report, a prioritised roadmap, and a scoped next engagement. If you need a full-time hire rather than a project, I'll tell you that too.
Most clients book a Discovery Sprint within a week of seeing their results.

What a Discovery Sprint looks like at this stage:
I spend 2–3 weeks embedded in your business - interviewing your leadership team, mapping your operating model, and identifying the specific points where strategy is stalling or growth is creating friction. The output is a findings report with prioritized recommendations and a scoped engagement proposal.
If the work points to a fractional operating partner rather than a project, we scope a Fractional COO engagement. If it points to a full-time COO hire, I can help define the role and support the search. Most engagements evolve from a Discovery Sprint into a longer operating partnership.
Timeline: 2–3 weeks · Next step: 30-minute conversation to scope the sprint.

What a Discovery Sprint looks like at enterprise scale:
At this stage, the operating model complexity is higher and the diagnostic work goes deeper. I spend 3–4 weeks conducting stakeholder interviews across functions, analyzing operating data, and mapping where the friction is structural versus behavioral versus systemic. The output is an executive findings report, an initiative roadmap, and a recommended engagement path.
Enterprise engagements often involve a fractional operating partner embedded in a specific initiative or transformation, or scoping a full-time leadership hire where I can support both the role definition and the search process.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks · Next step: 30-minute conversation to scope the sprint.
