She is a transformation-focused executive and consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience across global, high-growth organizations, including eBay, Vrbo/Expedia, Dell, SodaStream, Natura Water, and Reader’s Digest.

Much of Laura’s career has been spent leading, developing, and transforming global sales and account management organizations, building the systems, clarity, and confidence teams need to excel. Across roles spanning North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, she has led complex commercial, marketplace, and customer organizations at scale, managing portfolios exceeding $1B and building organizations of 200+ people distributed across multiple continents.
